Default Urgh.

Lately my computer's been running pretty slow, and freezes alot [so i end up rebooting by pressing the power button alot]

i run all that adaware, spyware, antivirus crap too

anyone know what could be wrong?

you can really screw up your computer with msconfig if you dont know what youre doing though

Naw, he's into the corporate stuff, like strategy, marketing, and sales. lol. I'd be hard pressed to find someone who knows less about computers than him, haha, he's more of a pen & paper person, if you know what I mean.

try defragging

also, check out ace utilities, which cleans up junk files on your hdd and registry. it also can encrypt your trash if you're a bit paranoid

Forget fixing things with regedit and stuff, just wipe the mofo and start again!
