This is my first real "attempt" at fully brushing vents onto a bodykit. The far-side vent looks a bit weird though, and I can't really put my finger on it. At the moment, all I've done is the two vents and the wheel change, but I'm hoping to try and recreate something like this, which I created in Need For Speed ProStreet:

Unfortunately my lack of skill in brushing is making this hard, but I'll give it my best shot. Here's what I've done so far:

wheels fit good , shame you used it twice , and they are way dark for the amount of lighting , need to lay it a little lower too

vents looks good to me , far-side looks fine

what else have you got planned for it ?

The far vent?.. It looks like it's too sharp of a change.. Like there's no curve on the body, just a sudden corner...
Also, I think you'd still see part of the indent towards the center of the car...
That's how what I think is the problem... But Im not 100% sure... I am looking at a 2" x 3" screen, too...(iPhone ftw!! )
Probly don't make much sense anyways.... >.<

Good luck solving the problem!

Now that you mention it the wheels do look a bit bad for this bg. I took them from a studio shot of a Wald BMW M5, but I might change them later on to better suit the bg. Like I said I wanted to recreate something like the car I made in ProStreet so obviously a lowering is a must. I'm also going to brush the roof scoop, CF bonnet, the little fins on the fb, and I'll either C+P or try to brush the rear wing. I won't change the colour, but I might add a black vinyl to the side of the car as well. I haven't done anything else to it as of yet as Maccas has suddenly decided to chuck me on heaps of hours this week, but hopefully I'll do an update sometime tomorrow.

Well I just downloaded a stack of custom brushes for photoshop so there's no shortage of choice for vinyls lol.

And as for the Mighty Angus, never tried one. While I know you can order one without it, the onion relish puts me off. Smells disgusting. I'll stick with the Crispy Classic without mayo add bacon lol.

Slight update, got rid of the wheels for the moment, carbon-fibre hood and door-handle:
