Hi guys , i wanted to knw hw to make GIF pics works , means animation , like i want to do the headlights of a car turn on then turn off, what shud i do for this plss tell me in detail

ALSO how to make rims spining?

Open the pictures and hold the windows key and circle the mouse around the wheels and make sure the cursor is on the wheels before you it... thats for the wheel spinning and for the headlights you just right click on the headlights and select turn on... and middel click and select animate....
