logo out of a karl kaufmann pic

Hi guys, new to the forum and still learning photoshop but thought I'd show ya something, (better than nothing I guess). Made myself a website logo out of a Karl Kaufmann pic I scanned. Can't find the scan, but found a copy of the original pic.



hopefully viewing some posts on this i'll get some better work done!!

oh yeah... tried to put my face in wit a grim reaper pic a few times, didn't go so smooth
