First off welcome to the boards. The CF pattern looks like it needs some work, other than that it looks great. Check out our CF tutorials in the tutorial section of the site.

What's wrong with the pattern? Thanks for the comments!

looks aight, and the cf imo looks a bit too big (the pattern i mean)

also could do with a swirl in the pattern.... that should help it a bit

did you use the one pattern to do hte hood and frot lip???

cause the actual twirl mightve been where you cut it away.

if ya did that i would just use the pattern twice, once for the bonnet and once for the lip. that way youll be able to see a twirl and the pattern can be alot smaller

scale the pattern down a bit and use the tranform > perspective tool to adjust it to the car's perspective

follow these steps then you'll get your cf spot on
1) go to www.digimods.co.uk
2) click on tutorials
3) click on the 'open the photoshop bible' (or whatever) link
4) follow the 'carbon bonnet' tut

^^ That's actually where I learned to do cf. This was my first attempt at it. Maybe I'll get better.... hopefully.
