Default Creating vector data

I have an logo that I've created in photoshop for a business, and it's been sent off to the sign writers to create signs from it, my problem? She want's the image to be in vector data and saved as an .EPS file... any help? I have no idea of what to do. I have never used vector data or whatever it is.
I have included a .JPG file for the logo. Any help?

Thank you in advance

The .eps format is an available selection in the save menu.
From your open .psd file, go to File>Save as:
When the "save as" window appears, scroll down and highlite the .eps format and click ok.
You will then generate a new copy of the logo that is converted to a vector.

The reasoning is this. Vector images are objects that are defined by mathematical statements having individual properties assigned to it such as color, fill, and outline. As a result, Vector graphics are resolution independent and are easily re-scaled by the computer thru calculation. Jpeg and bitmap images are pixel structured. Everything is basically locked to the size it was created in. The computer can resize but resolution suffers dramatically.

If you used paths to create the image, then you will be able to just save it as an .eps image, and it will be vector. If you have flat layers, you are going to have to create the paths. You can re-create the colors and all that using fill layers with vector masks.

If you have a bigger image, I can help re-create the actual vector.
