missing dll files for photoshop

okay guys i have recently got a friend who gave me a copy of the photoshop.exe file but when i try and open it it says its missing a type of dll file so i download it and then it says it needs a different dll file.... so to cut a long story short is there anywhere i could download them all at once instead of 1 at a time,

or if anybody is kind enough to copy the folder with all there photoshop files (the folder that contains all the brush's,fonts etc) and put it onto dropbox so i can download it and see if that helps id really appreciate it

if anybody can even get me a link to where i can download it for free or trial then just keep the folder and replace the trial .exe file with my free version?
