contest 39 problem pls help

i was trying to send in my CHOP to contest@photoshopchop.com for contest 39 but for some reason it doesn,t want to go through.can some one please help. here's my CHOP....
i saved one to 800x500 and its only seventy some KB so i know thats not the problem...
