im a newbie in choping and i use gimp (im freeware fan

)
i like to say it is a great pleasure to join here & i hope to be a good friends.
by the way is there any tutorials to use gimp??

hey dude welcome to psc

unfortunatley just about aaaaaaaaallllll of our tutorials are based on photoshop, but I do know alot of it can be applied to gimp as most of the tools work in the same way (though i tried gimp and it drove me round the feakin bend!!!)

looking foward to seeing some work fella

I'm the same as fattack as far as this goes. I use photoshop, mine paid itself off in about a year. I think the gimp website has tutorials as far as how to use their software, but most of the principles shown in our tutorials can be applied to any other software as well... as mr. fattack has said.
