Hmm... Spoilers are for downforce and should belong on fast(er) cars... the Vectra... isn't one of those fast cars lol And I still kinda want to get alloys for it, but its figuring out what would suit it as you don't see many matte black Vectras around.
I'm just outside Oldmeldrum... Yay! Oldmeldrum! ........

Spoilers, Think of the name, There's a little clue in the name, It spoils cars. If i was you the next step of the car would be a smoothed euro bodykit then some deep dish matt black rims.

Okay, stop arguing please boys lol It's a Vectra LS... putting a spoiler on it (even an ickle one) would be like mutton dressed as lamb... in other words, it's trying to be something it's not. No spoiler! End of! lol

Went for a little road trip in it yesterday up to Elgin seeing that it's now fully road legal again, and it was somewhat interesting. There's definately a front wheel imbalance... going anywhere near 70mph resulted in quite a wobble lol And it's now blown a hole somewhere on the middle silencer, but we're not worried about it (1. it's MOT'd... 2. it's gonna get silencers removed, and possibly a decat )
However, it did turn heads Seriously thinking about writing on it "Yes! It's a matte black Vectra!" there were that many people with WTF expressions on their faces. Just need to modify the exhaust and get it lowered, then it'll really be scaring people lol

It is interesting to have a car thats unique enough to draw attention, but it can also be quite frustrating.
I cant go anywhere in my car without getting challenged or bothered with questions. I was even pulled over by a cop once who was only interested in finding out what kind of wheels I had. I even dated a girl for a few months last year who ended up breaking up with me because of my car. I took her out for her birthday and during our meal at a restaurant I ran into a guy coming from the restroom who apparrently saw us pull in. He struck up in a conversation and we ended up in the parking lot to look at my car. Before I realized about a half hour went by and the girl was pi$$ed. She had finished eating and even had to pay the bill. Broke up with me on the spot, in front of the guy. Said she wasnt going to compete with a car.

Sounds pretty sweet, you getting a bodykit for it or leaving it standard. And to make it sound better to other people you could always say its got a rally class N running gear lol and for those who dont know class N is standard lol

Not sure about the body kit... Might get it one at some point kuz I think it definately needs a more aggressive looking front bumper, but still keeping it subtle. Something like this > Front bumper

Is that just the back box you've replaced? Because the only silencer that's left on the Vectra's whole exhaust system is the cat (and substantially redused mid box), and that's not even meant to be a proper silencer. Trust me, if you heard it in real life you'd be surprised.
