I almost want to say it needs some faded-in color for the skin; the lack of color to the face makes her look older; and it blends into the hair too much, enhancing that effect.

Otherwise, very nice work.

Nice work!! I think it would be cool if you could add a bit more detail though. Maybe some more highlights in the hair and some more shadows on the face.
