Flash Anyone?

hey all! i was wondering if anyone knows how to se flash.. i know most of the basic and not to basic thigns but i need help with onmouseout affects.. if anyone knows could they please help me thanx!

ok well ive got an simple button right.. ive got the up pic there right and the over one too.. the over one is converted to a movie...

now the movie is just like words fading in but when the mouse goes of i want it tto fade back down so play another movie sorta (or the same movie but in reverse)



i dont know if that makes sense.. but um ya
