I think the girl needs a twinkle in her eye and maybe some highlites on nose, lips and chin.

the car was done, i just wanted it too look like they were looking in that area where the car is missing, i actually did that on purpose

...but the people look not finished, really not a good look

it looks like you saved it as a whip and never finished it, the car looks fine, but either delete the people, or toon them completely

yea i did that on purpose, tooned everything on the girl, tooned just the person in the middle, and then tooned just the clothes on the right

no.. i understand it was on purpose, im just saying that even tho it was intentional, it doesnt look good, it looks unfinished... if you want to leave the people untooned... then fill them in with white so it looks like clothes with no body or body with no clothes, that would be a better way to do it and have it look intentional
