Yeah, I've only gotten it to look right once. And in that case it took so freakin' long I don't remember exactly how I did it. Awaiting your tutorial, Jay.

neon glow is really hard......because you have to know how light reflects and stuff..........and i dont think too many people are good with that........you can try some other sites.......but i dont think they will help out too much........

This is something that you will be seeing in the tutorial when it is finished. I don't know what you guys think about this just let me know. It still needs a little fine tuning.
Here is image one

best way to add neon glow is to use polygon lasso highlight the BAR area where it would barely be showing. The add the neon glow there. Copy paste to a new psd save as jpg then shop top of the glow off. Then on the ground use a fanning effect / \ from the appropriate angle of the car then use glow using same color but fill the selected area with desired glow same as above. Then set opacity top the level you desire. Glow isn't hard it is getting the angles just right whil now making it look fake. Perspective helps a little but if you can select the right angles it helps ALOT!

Here is an example.... I did it like in 3 seconds. Take a little more time and you could make it look alot better and not so pixellated.
