Getting the same reflection

Does anyone know how to get the same type of reflection off of something when they add another piece to an existing item ... Like a car for example when a new door is added from another car and it does not have the same reflection... How does one achieve that same reflection?

For lack of better knowledge of how to do that, I usually draw it by hand with a combination of a little bit of blend tool (but not much or it'll look blurry).

wat i do is.........i grab the original piece and i sometimes cut out the reflection and then use hue/saturation and those tools to change it or sumtimes i just.......... copy and paste the oringial door and then i lower the opacity and use a soft edged eraser to blend them both togehter and it should look fine
