ctrl-A hidden images

i saw some pictures today that when you select them or press ctrl-a they change to another hidden image just hoping someone knows how do do this to a regular picture and could teach me how here is an example..

yea, i've seen those before, im sure i could figure it out if i really went at it, im sure plenty of us could, but right now, i have no idea how its done ... id really like to know tho, we can add a new dimension to the contests best hidden porno... haha kidding anyways, im sure joe or ricky knows... or knows how to find out

someone posted on this site a while ago about them, i remember someone doin an auto chop that changed to another car or sumfin.

i tried those tutorials... they work, but not very well

its would be cool if when you make a chop you make it change from the original to you chop
