I have made several animated GIF's in the past, but now I am having problems. Are you supposed to use a specific format when creating the images for the animation? I have used what I believe to be JPEG's, but now it won;t let me do it.

You usually open it in photoshop first and then go to imageready after your done with all of you stuff.

or you open an .mov file (quicktime) straight into imageready.
