What Do I Do Now?

ok now im confused what do i do now. Theres so00oo0o0 many buttons on photoshop 6.0 (thats the 1 i downloaded). I dont know what each of them doo i clicked on them but its wierd. i wanna know how to put body kits and spoilers and decials on and stuff its hard can sum 1 please explain to me what to doooo??? :unsure:
