ok What you want to do next is go Filter>Render>Lensflare
use your arrow to put the light on the headlight and play around with the settings, i use %75 and 105 mm

Is it just my paintshop or what but i cant find what you are talkin about i dont even have a filter menu.. by the way im using version 7 :ph34r:
