I recently just came across artist Gale Franey on Flickr. She certainly has talent and her art work is beyond words. Apparently she teaches digital art in British Columbia and also illustrates children's books...

Yes I know, but this can be seen as spam (I don't see it as spam, but maybe one of the admins spot this as spam).

We dont consider this as spam.
As long as there is not a conflict of interest and the member posting doesnt have alterior motives such as promoting something he or she personally stands to make a profit from (basic solicitation), we dont have a problem.
Now if Gale signed up, came on here and began posting links and pushing her business, THAT we would have a problem with.
Anyhow, thanks for the info Kenmo, she is indeed an awesome digital artist.

BTW, I moved the thread to the interesting sites section.
