hue and saturation, variations, or you can rebrush it to make it match the best

or you can always stand on your head, hold your breath, take a shot of tequila, piss on your keyboard, and take a crap in your neighbor's mailbox. that usually works for me.

press Ctrl + Shift + U on the part's layer

and then add a new layer on top of the part

then paint it with the color you want

try to change the mode from "Normal" to "Darken" or anyone

till you find the suitable color !!!

I usually do this !!!!

Ah yes, this is what is commonly referred to as the "cut and paste conundrum".
Or...in the scientific terminology, "trans-pixel confunctionitus".
As stated theres no easy or one click way to get everything to match.
Your basically relegated to using the different tools for adjusting hues and contrasts to get the individual parts as close as possible. Then doing some brushing, blurring, erasing etc. to blend things together.
The best way to avoid this condition is learning how to brush body kits, and limiting c & p to a minimun.
