modeled and rendered in Max 8... it's one of those 'just to be stupid' things.

I call BS on this one. If this was truely yours, you would probably post the same details on each site. Take a look at this link:
http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthre...7&page=1&pp=15
You state that you modeled it and rendered it in Max 8 here. On the link I posted, you say it was done in Max 7.
http://www.cafepress.com/minichoppermag.17471515
This shows the same image that you posted here. I am sorry if you are truely Keith Allison, but until I can see a wireframe of this bike, I will still call BS. Sorry again if I am incorrect. I don't like people who rip off things from others. Just trying to look out for someone else.

7, 8... it's all symantics. Modeled it in max 7, rendered it in max 7 and I've also rendered it in Max 8 for my demo reel. I apperciate you calling me out on it, if it wasn't my render, I would be glad that you were looking out for hacks. it is indeed mine.

like I said, I appreciate that you were looking out for hacks.... I've heard far too many horror stories about how some company stole someone's artwork and it ended up on a software box in singapore... I, myself fell victim to this... a company called Hongwell commissioned me to do some 3D models of a toy pedal car (based off a few renders I posted somewhere)... they never paid and ended up ripping off my designs. That kind of stuff pisses me off to no end.
MagicHallucinations: no, I'm not in 'school' proper, I do attend film school in Detroit.... but I work as a multimedia director... creating 3d product models... animations, tradeshow videos, product training videos and web design...

here are a couple of my Max splash screens...
and
the building is actually a building from Sesame Street... I modeled all of the buildings from Sesame Street about 5 or 6 years ago and finally had an opportunity to use that building in a tradeshow video... it's also the same building from the screen cap of the theme bike

I started with 2.5. Went to a 2yr school for that, Maya and XSI. It was an awesome experience Great work my friend.....love the skeleton. I did one for my demo reel in Maya.

You digging up a thread that was last talked about almost 2 months ago to post a pointless comment like that. That is currently what's BS.
If you stick around long enough on this site, you will see people come and go claiming that they have created this or that, but it is simply not their work. I was simply trying too look out for someone. In this case, it turned out that littlebrain is the actual composer of the image.

I like it, I can't wait until I get into 3DS. I'm still in high school and I touch on it during my freet ime trying to teach myself. But it's so hard. Good work though.
