Psc Awards - Added To Navbar

I have added some PSC awards system to the Navbar. It should be the first one in the navigation bar that reads awards. Enjoy and let me know if you need any more awards added.

i like the idea and just noticed on ace that he's the post whore HAHA
but IMO the award is too big so the whole headline looks sooo big....
maybe make it small but otherwise very nice.
