Default 1st work with SolidWorks: rim with 35 minutes of effort

Hello.

In my new job I have to use a "new" software: SolidWorks 2005. Until now I for 3D only used CAD and 3D StudioMax.

My first work with SolidWorks to attemp to improve my technique. Rim with 35 minutes of effort.

Have fun

Always nice to get some positive feedback.

To the people that don't know, I work as Product Designer, and at this time for one of the leading manufacturers in the espresso coffee machines world.

Still no time to make some new chops...I'm very sad with that.

Thats a pretty cool sounding job. Are you by any chance designing this for some company?

Nope. I wish my work had anything to do with cars... if only I could find a way to make "my" company produce "in car" coffee machines

This rim was just a simple way I found to try some of the features in this software. I'm currently on to the stage in wich I really make espresso coffee machines.

I'll post some of it after they are selling on the market.
