Gustoes.com looking for writers. etc.
I'm looking to bring on board a few writers for www.Gustoes.com
Various topics:
Subdreamer, webmaster related, web standards, web monetization, content management, scripts, coding, making money online, freelance writing, freelance photography, coding, gaming, gadgets, technology, domain names, and the odd humor/musing/critique/political chatter with relevance to the online world etc.
q: What is gustoes.com and what kind of writers are you looking for?
a: Gustoes.com is my hobby site which I would like to expand over time. Its content will include various topics which of are interest to me and freelancers in general. Whatever comes to mind really, I enjoy freewheeling opinions, honest but fair reviews, mind boggling and scattered ideas, a little controversy, a lot of personality. Writers to not need to be perfect with their spelling, grammar or formatting,,,, just close enough... (I use this firefox 2.0 inline spell checker all the time, it rocks!) I just want people that like to talk and ramble and know how to.... good entertaining &/or informative articles.
Article sizes/volume: 200 to 1000 words,, can vary. I'm looking for as little as 1 or 2 articles a month or more if available from 1 to 3 writers.
If you are interested, please send me a PM with an intro and expectations.
If you're bored feel free to chatter in my forum,, (still setting things up) I'd be glad to help anyone with webmaster / making money online questions. I'm sure many of you and surrounding friends/family have skills/interests/hobbies that you could monetize or just want to create a virtual home for... stop by and chat about it!

UPDATE:
I've received some interest and some questions, mainly surrounding whether or not it is really possible to make money online.
Answer:
Of course you can make money online! My goal is to make enough money online where I will be able to afford more time for family and kids down the road when I get older. I want a quality life instead of 50 hour work weeks and the busy north american lifestyle's we see today. What will I do to make it happen? I will do my best. I will plug away, one dollar at a time!
Basically the first requirement is ambition, if you have the desire or motivation then you can fill in the pieces later such as what you have to offer, what you could do to make money, what are your skills, what is your niche, how do I get started, how do I, how do I?. I can help all of you with those questions.
To start, there are no secrets or magically tips, just hard work.
For a motivational moment read my article:

The man who will use his skill and constructive imagination to see how much he can give for a dollar, instead of how little he can give for a dollar, is bound to succeed. -Henry Ford

TODAYS TIP:
Have you ever had to refer a buddy or family member to a good webhost? Why not signup as an affiliate, get your own affiliate link, and make up to $100 per referral. I pay my rent this way, what's holding you back?

You know your website has some good tips and philosophies on things. I'm not much of a writer at all but I will surely register to your forums. I'm in the freelance business and I need some help every once in a while.
