How to Chrome Wheels?

How do you chrome/brush wheels? I am want to change the Blue Wheels below to chrome like on the Evo but when I try it the wheels get all fuzzy and it looks weird.

You can chrome only Black Rims! Check out the tuts we have here!

Yes but you can change color from blue to black and that make it chrome.

You can chrome anything of any color. Play around with the brightness and contrast and add a few reflections with some shade.

Ok I did this quick and strecthed it abit thats why it looks abit blurry....

All I did was Select the rim .. desat it ... make two new layers fill with white and set layer options to overlay and voila you done...If you want it to be more shiny and chrome just duplicate the layer with the white in it to your likings... but dont forget to delete the space between the spokes because only the rims is suppose to be chrome not the brakes....
