Use the polygon lasso and outline the windows.. simple enough? add portions to selection by holding shift and using the lasso, to subtract portions hold alt and use lasso

Anyone know how to add a little reflection to the newly tinted windows to make them look a little more realistic? It never seems too look 'right' unless there are really prominent reflections on the glass to begin with.

That's cuz the windows were clear in the original. Had they been dark to begin with, there more than likely would have been a reflection in them.

I just select the area, copy and paste it into a new layer, then CTRL Click it to highlight the layer and fill with black then lower opacity...

I did that and it worked out fine. Afterwards I tried to make multi colored windows with the gradient tool, but there was barely any difference.

It turns out better if you use Image > Adjustments > Variations and make the windows darker from there, it looks more realistic because it doesn't screw up reflections or other colours in the window.

All these methods kinda suck. To get a really nice 'film' feel to the tint, without sacrificing the overall interior color...use a black shape layer on the windows and drop the opactity down.
