Well, all I can say is you should try it yourself, tooning is a lot easier than actually chopping IMO only because you don't have to worry about detail as much, so you should give it a try
(I would give you a link to a good tut, but I'm using my phone right now, so its a lil different.... And yes, I'm bragging about that!!!!! lmao)

OK dude as promised, you have officially been tooned!
As in "Car-tooned".
I wasnt able to use the supplied pics to do a conventional toon so I had to go a different route. I full brushed the car to what I presume it looks like (hope its close, those pics didnt provide much detail), gave it the mini treatment and then placed it in a scene from "Cars" that I modified accordingly.

There you go bro, request fullfilled courtesy of me and PSC !
