Change Color of Wheels?

How do you go about changing the color of wheels? I tried changing the color of the Eneki NT-03's and desaturated the layer of the wheel but when I go to change the color through color balance, it adds like a tint over the whole wheel.



How do I get just the spokes to change color?

Right easy way to do it is go round the inside of the wheel (Where the brake disks are) and cut them out or erase them out, either way works well then you'll have your wheels that colour someone else will be able to give you a more detailed guide

Basically you'll have to grab a selection tool e.g. lasso/magnetic/pen and then go around each spoke to select them and then go to er..image, hue/saturation and play around with the colours. You dont have to desaturate the layer btw. Hope that helps, if you need any other help just yelp!
