They are easier to chop at that res. Higher the better = more detail. You don't have to chop them that high, but keep in mind these are going to go into a print magazine. Higher the better.

I havent done a full out tune in quite a long time .. this might be the insperation i need to do one ... but not sure if i'll make the deadline if not it's truely soemthin i'll be enterin next time around ...

i airbrushed 90% of the stuff on that caliber, including the lights & paintjob..
