its kind of hard to say who is a good mod though, they are all capable of doing their jobs, but because of that stupid thing Mr Wilde did with that thing that tells you who is online, i dont actually know how often they are online. so im not entirely sure who is the more active admins/mods, the only way i can tell is posts but some people post more than others no matter how often they are online.

v8 king seems to always post post negative comments or so it seems, everytime i see a new chop hes 1 of the 1st few with crap comments, but then he backs it uip with fix it his way. Theres more than 1 way to skin a cat. I have only seen a few good comments made by him and they seem to be directed to the guys within his group(his m8s or admins etc)
Q.V8 King Does this make you fell better about yourself?
by the way none of your work is stand out, you could proably learn a thing or 2 from the newbie choppers

sure, my replies to new members chops do have negatives in them, but thats what helps people mate, when i see a new members chop, i go through the chop and find everything i can that needs improvement, and where i can i say what i would do to fix it. im not being negative, im being truthful, and the reason you probably say MOST of the ones you see are negative, is because most of the time if there is a chop that i cant see any flaws in i dont bother replying because there is not really anyway i can help. im sure most of the members that i reply to are grateful that i actually pointed out mistakes instead of just saying "its good". and my if you notice, i dont just say what is wrong either, i also say what is well done.
im sure the majority of members dont think the same way you do.
and the standard of my chops have nothing to do with how i reply either, i know that there are many people that can chop better than me, and yes, some new choppers have done some thing better than i have, but that makes no difference to how i reply to them.

We Love You!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey guys, thanks for re-working the mods and admins and doing it without grudges and hostility. That's awesome.
Basically note that anyone being removed as a mod or admin does not reflect their ability or previous efforts. We value a lot of people on this site and the
purpose is mainly just to clean up the administrative 'titles' and responsibilities that our users/staff have.
We will be soon making some changes on the site and one of those changes will be the addition of a section to the site dedicated to the people that have been
a big part of photoshopchop.com.
A staff/hall of fame/top posters/bio page. (Still in draft mode, looking for suggestions to complete the idea,,, will be posting on this next week.)
So while some of you are removed from your mod titles, this means nothing other then you probably don't have time anymore and that is fair. But we will include anyone like this in our new photoshopchop.com hall of fame or contributors section once we get it setup. (There will another post on this feature shortly.)

This thread seemed to have died.
Just out of curiosity, where are we going to go with this? Has the poll been open long enough?, Are we going to do anything about our staff?

ckg690: the new site is anywhere from 1 day to 3 months away. there is so much to do, and we're trying to include all suggestions over time that we have received into the right mix.
briandyche: everything is still under review, changes to come eventually.
Feel free to make posts into this thread for related discussion or the siteimprovement forum if you have any other feedback or concerns.. now is the perfect time.

Not to be pessimistic, but, why is it taking so long?
I mean, the toolkit has been "in the works" for nearly 9 months.

Yea right, isn't that the only reason you ever post on PSC? You seriously need to quit posting negative on here, cause it gets old.
And as far as how long it's going to take. You asked in your previous post when it will be done, Mondola replied "1 day to 3 months". That was not even one month ago. Do the math.

Actually I was looking forward to the new site and wanted to see if they made any progress or anything. Because, I know how long it takes to create a site from scratch and the put it up. I did it in less than a month.
Or also since Wilde said it was only 1 month out, 2 months ago.
