also notice in the bottom left there is the filesize. under 120k is your limit, so u adjust the quality # until you get to about 118ish K, so u have the best quality u can.

and i make one mistake sometimes... dont forget to hit "APPLY" when resizing the pic.

one thing to do is, change the size of the original before you start editing. bc once you're finished and try to resize that one.... you lose SOOO much quality and size to make it fit requirements.... for example, look at my chop of the maserati, number 79 i think... that was the best i could do since i didnt resize first=(
