I've been working with this for a few evenings now, and I think it's starting to look really good  Just the cleaning up of the signal lights is a "bit" messy 
Mods list..
Wide rear arch
Lowered
New kind of billet grille (tell me what you think of it)
Rim swap
Side air vent or smth
Cleaned up the front air vent

looks nice.....don't know about the side though.....the vent is too open in my opinion.

Yeah, well.. I got the idea for the side vent from the MG XPower, and the whole idea of changing the grille was to do something else than BMW.. Because in every single BMW has this "twin grille" 
But it's good that you really say what you think

Nice chop, its very clean, but IMO i think the original car looks best how it is, and no amount of chopping will make it look better than it originally is. I think the front end looks to plain right now after you took out the blinkers

Pros:
1) wheels, very nice
2) vent, but need more to it. it does look a little too open.
3) door handle redux, it suits the lines of the car better
Cons:
1) grille seems way off angle. the car's front end is curved, so the grille cannot be straight lines
2) why on earth would you smooth out the signals and move them to a stupid spot(right under the head light)
Possible mod suggestions
1) paint
2) maybe brush a roof?
3) side skirt vent?
4) bg?

I also tought that the grille wasn't so good with straight lines.. But it's so damn hard to have the grille like that bend..
I think I'll try to brush a roof over it, and make the side vent a little less open
I'll give you the finished version next weekend..

i really like it! the vent thing on the side looks tops i like it the way it is. It just needs a colour change to it IMO. The rims are nice, i think they suit the car. keep it up t0tal. GREAT JOB! :P
