It's UI is slightly different. More room edit pictures and what not.
I'd just stick with CS2 for the time being

It looks great, I'm enjoying it but it's the beta, lol. I can't wait for the full version. IMO, the smart filters are worth every penny

No restrictions, just unstable. They have some display issues, open file issues, CS3 messing up CS2. Brush size cursors are not displayed on Intel-based Macs, match color function, text is distorted and appears as symbols/trash.
I haven't had many problems with it.....just crashing and some display issue that you can fix by clicking on the tool bars and such. It did add some options from CS3 to my CS2.....that was a little strange. Also, I've heard that if you save a psd out of 3 it won't open in CS2. But so far, I have had no trouble.
Have you guys read the review from photoshopuser.com? If you haven't, you should......
It's a quick glance at the new tools and improvements

I don't see it being to difficult to get use too.......The selection tools are sick, lol. We were messing with them the other day. Had a picture of this little statue. Clicked his head and it automatically selected the head You're going to be very happy.
