Also here in Japan we don't have personalized plates, only numbers. And why would you choose Shinagawa prefecture for your car to be registered? You would surely have to change them plates to Osaka...

I realize that, I though I was making a joke... And I said Osaka b/c that is where I have and still live for over half my life and there are much more crazy racing place in the kansai region for drift ect.

I have heard that Osaka is a wild place.
In fact I was talking to a friend of mine in Japan today and I asked him if there is much racing action in Osaka and he laughed and said it is well known for some very crazy drivers. He said the last time he was there he witnessed some guys racing four wide on a three lane highway.
Is Kansai region where the mountain roads are?
I think I recall seeing it featureed in a Grip JDM Options video.
