wildman.....mud tires are good for mud, they are designed to self clean to give you more traction...but it looks like you already realized your street tires suck..
As far as the tire deflators, there's a few out there but they basically just hold the valve stem in for you with holding onto anything. There's also an old trick that should work if your just trying to get even......remove the valve stem cap, put a small pebble/rock on top of the valve stem, screw the cap back on til you hear air releasing.....or, go to the parts store and ask them for a valve stem removal tool, you take out the stem and they can't air back up without a new one...

haha.. ok i thought I would throw in a few tricks, some that will cause serious damage, others are just for a laugh
1. Peanut Butter under the door handles... not a huge mess, just smear some peanut butter under there, they wont see it, and when they try and open their door, EWWW... easy clean up
2. Marbles in the gas tank.. on older cars you can open up the gas cap and drop a few of these right in... they dont cause any problems initially, but when the person starts the car and starts going, these will roll around and eventually block the fuel injectors making the car "run out of gas"
3. Bologna/orange slices.... place them anywhere on the car, the citric acid will eat through the paint leaving a nice round blank spot
4. put a large size balloon over the muffler... you wont cause any damage, but when they start the car, the balloon will blow up and pop.. just a little scar for the driver (this wont work on modified exhaust mainly because of size)
5. Shove a bunch of whistles/kazooes in the muffler and tape them in... it will make an annoying high pitch squeel as they drive
6. if they leave their car unlocked... pour a million of those little paper dots into their AC vents (the dots you get when you use a 3 hole punch) and then set their AC to full blast... like most people they wont check the AC before they turn on the car and the little dots will go everywhere
7. if you know cars really well, rewire their car horn to the brake peddle... so whenever they push on the brake, they honk
most of these are harmless, but a few can cause serious damage... and the ones that will total a car I left out.. so please use these for fun and not for spite

another good one is to stick crap IN the doors. you just pull back the weather stripping along the window and drop small nuts, washers, etc. in there. the best would be marbles or some sort of rolling object. when they accelerate and brake, the rolling sound will drive them crazy.
