Listen man how i make this shadows with my way! I grab the car and put it in a BG then a take the brush tool with black color and make shadow behind the car (Actually on the original BG) and then lower the opacity a bit and maybe take the eraser with soft edge to blend the shadow a bit! But thats my way, if you want try it bro!

Nice ideas I like the camera on the roof. Does it it have 2 tow hooks? And I thought fiesta's were FWD not RWD (sorry to get technical) also the shadow does not make sence. Looks like the original shadow from your donor remains, with the sun coming from the top right where as your own brushed shadows make it looks like the sun is coming from the top left. Easy to fix, just take out one of them.
Few touches here and there, this chop is well on it's way (y).

Erm, ever heard of RWD conversion plus this is done in photoshop - not everything has to be 100% realistic It's the effort and artwork put into it that counts in my eyes.
Great chop - best chop I've seen you post. Nice bit of brushing too! Looks great mate - my vote so far on the drift comp.
Fix the shadow though

Wow are you kidding me? Your objective in any chop should be to make it look as realistic as possible so you can believe the chop created can be seen out on the roads outside one day. And I was unaware that this car came in RWD. The type of trim level the OP described is unavailable in North America.
