Cool Rendered Rims by supraskill

hey guys for those of you that dont remember me i used to be on these forums a little while ago well i wish i could be more active here but my school schedule and work doesnt allow that anyways i just recently aquired cinema 4d and these are my first shot at rims i think they turned out pretty decent except theres no lower lip on the rims ill be checking back here and posting up more of my 3d work and web designs any c&c is appreciated!

Very Very nice there mate. I would change the floor texture, it ruins the chrome, people zoom on it to much,

Looks great! I like the reflection effect of the ground, but I think you out-done it, it's too "deep." Maybe ease the reflections a bit and it'll looks better

yeah i understand what you mean but its not that easy you cant just turn down reflection its a quite difficult program anyways im getting better at it and should have more rims up here in a week or so

up the frensel offset on the rims reflectivity. chrome is reflective but not like that lol. also for the oouter part put the IOR up to around 1.2... something small.

and dont ask me how to do that in cinema cuz ive never used it lol

yeah I agree with what ppl said about reflections, they almost look transparent, but other than that looks great!!
