Alrighty then... Is there really a point to this one? Post a screen shot or something, lets put some used to this thread.
I have windows XP, I am planning on some day making my own theme. I may go with a diamond plated theme, and lugnuts. I've made a startup page for when I open my internet explorer already. This is a little animation of it. Every time the mouse rolls over the image it lights up, it's pretty cool. 100% made by me, so I take pride in it.

it doesnt take up much im using 320 megs and a 751 mhz processor not state of the art i know but anyways i run window blinds desktopx and object bar all at the same time and still have 90 % of my ram still available
i use windowblinds for xp. its awesome. 100% of my software is skinned, windows, winamp, desktop, icons, everything...all of it was downloaded individually and put together as a theme. it doesnt use up too much space, as far as hard drive goes, each skin only takes up less than a mb. it only uses about half a mb of ram too.
