This is my entry.. its not the best, and i couldn't get the wheelspin to work right, any suggestions?

i know its not the best, i emailed it yesterday, i'd still like to know how u guys get the wheel-spin effect to come off so good, i tried twist..that looked wierd.. any other help .. plz?? <_<

By selecting one wheel at a time and using radial blur ...? :unsure:
Then experimenting on how much of blurring looks the best... :blink:
How´d you do it then ?

Select the wheel, Go Filter>Blur>Radial blur and set it to about 50. Heres an example:

i used motion blur, it still just looks like the camera moved when the shutter activated (so to speak) that created that blur.. i'm gonna re-do it.. and see what else i can come up with thx a lot Black
