Newbie:VW Golf Plus Progress

Im new here but I've been using Photoshop for a little while.
Im working on a mod of a VW Golf Plus and I've attempted some brushing.I would appreciate if you could tell me what I could do to it and what to work on:

Welcome to PSC.
Good start. the IC (Intercooler) looks a bit big, like it would be sticking out of the bottom of the car. At first i thought you tried Carbon Fibre on the hood, the black paint with the reflection is not working, you need some of the bg colour in there as well. You need to seed something behind the IC pipes imo. The shadows on your bodykit need to be a bit darker, they seem to match the side too much. The NOS sticker is too white, and doesn't wrap around the bumper.
I didn't mean to sound negative. Check the tutorials section for tips on a lot of stuff. Also look at just the shadows and highlights on the original car for reference to decide how dark or light it should be.

i think when you have finished this one you probly should try the more simpler stuff , just like wheels , lowering , paint etc , then when u get better , move onto brushing n stuff
