Default My Learner Car

Well, I've finally got my provisional licence and have now started driving. Unfortunitely, because the Vectra is still out of action I have to put up with this...

A 1.8 Vauxhall Astra Coupe

Equipped with:
Adjustable Coilovers
17" League Helix Alloys
and an earth shattering exhaust

My other half is teaching me to drive, so the only thing really needing paid for is fuel due to the fact that his insurance put me on his existing policy for nothing extra a month

I take it you're meaning the Vectra lol... It's not a 5 door, it's a saloon (i.e. it's a 4 door ) and it's still in quite a few pieces.
Like I said, my fiancee's insurance put me on for nothing extra a month for now, but when a new policy is taken out it'll be £400 extra.
And no, it's not a 2.0, it's a 1.8... You get them in 1.6s (not a lot of them around though), 1.8s, 2.0 turbo and 2.2s... and then the Triple 8 version.

However, I am looking at getting an Astra 1.8 SRi for my first car Pretty cheap for the insurance with me being the main driver, but my fiancee being the policy holder... Just over £500
