Flash / Html, quick question

Ok, here's the dealio. I need something, whether it be an option in flash or some html code to add, or anything at all, that will cut the top and bottom off a flash website (with no border) rather than doing what it usually does when the flash thing is too big and adding a scroll bar.
If anybody has any ideas it would be fantastic, it's only going to be 10 pixels or something off the top and bottom.

It depends what you are building your site with, if it is a program such as dremweaver then what ive written should be of some use if not tell us what program you are using and ill see if i can help.If you go into the html script for your site and scroll down slowly from the top there should be a selection of sections such as main head and further down body. if you come acroos the body part read teh script and there it will tell you how high and wide your site is. It will either be in percent or px if it says something like a 100 percent bring that value down in incriments and if its in px knock 20 off and it should reduce it. alternatively if you find these parts but are unsure post a screenchot of the script and ill see if i can help although im at work now but when im on home im temporarily on dial up while changing ISP so it may have to wait till tomorrow
