hm.. got mine 2 weeks ago.. i got a 12x12 intuos2...
idk how big yours is?!?!?
i can work much faster already.. on the first day it was a bit uncomfortable becuz u have to move ur arm alot more but now i think it just awesome...
i cant draw with it yet though.. i think it takes a hell lot of practice!

yes, practice and persistance. can you you remember the first time you touched a mouse and key board? that probably didnt feel natural either.

And don't come out with that bollocks about "Oh I can't look at the screen and draw too!"

Because its just that, bollocks.

You don't look at the mouse when using it, why at the pen?

Piss easy to use tbh, I love my Wacom.

Wow, I thought you guys were doing this stuff with a mouse. Now I feel a little better. Haha, maybe I'll have to look into these things.

Uh... I don't think I suck but I don't use a tablet. You don't HAVE to get a tablet to be as good as some of the people here.

The reason why they are so much cheaper is the pen pressure (forgot the measurement? DPI?) is smaller than the nicer ones. The higher the number the better and the more expensive.

I wasn't trying to imply using a mouse equals suckage, I just didn't realize the other ways to do this.
