*** Carnage Painting by direcport ***

Hey fellas, this weekend i got really bored and wanted to do somethin different, so i started drawing "Carnage" the supervillian from Spiderman and when I was finished, I said to myself "What about some colour?".. So, i said no to the colouring pencils and markers and went for Acrylic!! my first complete acrylic job that I am not ashamed to post up... I also took some photos along the way to show my progress. it is %100 my work except the pose. the pose is from a comic no tracing though just by lookin did the rest bymyself

The whole thing took me about 6 hours in total

Not bad DP.
Im getting the feeling you got some serious interest in comics.
I got some history with the industry and a collection of over 3000 and growing.
Carnage is a wild character. Hard to draw because of all the strands.
Bagley's original pencils are great.
Lets see some more.

Yeah tell me about it.. i looked at a lot of pictures of him previously..
everything about him is hard to draw.. I wanted to do this as a warm up for my
next project which is the character "Toxin". yea I am really gettin into the comics
these days, not collecting any yet but having a great time drawing them.. I am not
going to try to get into comics as a job but do it as a hobby and I really want to
improve and hope to make some characters of my own some day.
