maybe the face is better in this one...less back in the teeth? and some shadeing which i forgot before

It you are just using photoshop
it's probably not a true vector.

Use illustrator or flash to make true
vectors. Vectors are graphics which
can be blown up or shrunken without
any loss in quality.

The tooning looks good, although its very simple imo.
