Well here it is. This is a very rough sketch, far FAR FARRRR!!!! from completion. I just wanted some opinions/ideas, even criticisms. Oh yeah, never mind the shitty scan. The original is about 14''x17'', and I had to scan twice and scale it down to get it on here. Damn scanner!

kool sketch, and very nice pick of a car... at first the hood looked odd to me, too, but after you look at a few seconds i noticed that you were trying to make the vents look like they are down into the hood (if that made any sense&#33 good job so far tho

To Kat: The vents may be SLIGHTLY off...but the hood isn't warped. See the gridlines. They keep a drawing in proportion. (My source is MUCH smaller than my sketch)

KAT: In the original pic, the vents do go down into the hood. see here

Brasher: We'll see about that one. I'd better do it before I start shading. By the way I love Top Secret's cars, especially the GT300 widebody

I dont know about putting up a tutorial, as there are some things that are totally intuitive (instinctive) and not technical. Alot of what I did is simple math, but you have to use common sense, and a steady hand.
