how do you get such round lines? Do you use pen? Or do you use the circle-select and then use select>>modify>>border? Or do you use line? Whatever you use- it looks very sharp! Good work.

I use line tool with anti-aliasing. The "secret" is that I use ten times more lines than you guys. For example which one would look better of the next ones: Circle, used four lines, or another circle, used 100 lines :P
The problem which I have been faced many times with toones is that I run out of lines just because use them so much. Photoshop Elements 2.0 can produce just 8009 layers, and each line is one layer, that's the main problem to me when making these. You just need to be patience when doing toons. If you use 2 hours with hurry, you've been wasting those 2 hours after finished the job. If you use 4 hours being patience and paying times to drawing those lines, you've done one great toon.
BTW like you may have been noticed that I haven't even started making those wheels and rims is because I wouldn't have enough llines to use, those brake discs are one black hole to lines, you can use them to there as much as you can. After I've coloured the other parrts of the car, I start doing the rest of it. Hope this helped even little.

Theres a button you press that keeps them all on the same layer.
Select the line tool, look at the toolbar at the top. There should be two groups of icons. One has 3 squares and the other has a square, circle, line, blob, and others. In the squares grouping, select the one all the way to the right.

Now the whole bike is brushed except wheels/rims and front headlight. Next pic will be the finished one, I don't want to release any more in progress pics about this toon. I saved it with very low quality, that's why it may look pixelated, that's because I won't use a lot of my web space to this kind of pics.

Actually that was the thing I was thinking, 'cause I make it look more like racer anyway, I asked one guy how he made cf in tooning so we'll see if we had it on the final version.
