New rules!

We are now allowing bigger images, and bigger filesizes! Specifically 1024x768 or 1280x1024 are the size requirements for entries, your choice between one of the two sizes. Make sure your entry is resized to ONE of these sizes. Also note that Website URL’s or text on the photo are conditionally not allowed.

ok first of you need photoshop go to www.adobe.com and download photoshop elements.

then get the image in photoshop and play
