Looks good dude, I take this as a very high compliment that you'd even bother trying to do what I tried to teach. Thanks.

The actual brushing looks good, smooth. But, the selections are kinda off a little IMO, the ends of the bumper are too pointy, and the right side of the bumper should be smooth like mine cause at that angle that would be the corner of the bumper.

The side skirt turned out better, just pointy again at the top rear of it.

Also, you notice how after you brush a selection over so many times the edges of the selection get real jagged like that? Sometimes if you set you selection feather to 1 or 2 it can help that, but sometimes it'll make the edges look real blurry(good if you picture is semi-blurry, not this one). Or another option is, after your done brushing make a thin selection around the edges that are jagged...then do a filter>blur until it looks good.

Hope that helps, keep practicing that's what it's all about..

Wow thanks I've had that problem for a while, I was just afraid to ask, cuz I was sure I would get yelled for using polky lasso when I was supposed to be using mask, pen or somethign else.

I use the lasso every time I make a selection, if you zoom in enough and use alot of clicks on rounded parts and curves. I know there's probably easier ways to do it but that's my way for now...maybe some day I'll figure out that mysterious pen tool  ...
